The reaction was quenched with H2O (100 mL) , and the resulting mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate (50 mL × 3) . The combined organic layers were washed with saturated brine (100 mL) , dried over anydrous Na2SO4,filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by silica gel chromatograph (PE/EtOAc (v/v) = 3/1) to give the tilte compound as a white solid (144 mg, 42 %) .MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 349.1 [M+H]+.
