The crude residue was purified by reverse phase prep-HPLC to give the title compound. LCMS (ESI+): m/z=450.2 (M+H). H NMR (400 MHz, Methanol-d4): delta ppm 8.58 (br s, 1H) 8.47 (br s, 1H) 7.36 (d, J=7.34 Hz, 1H) 6.50 (d, J=7.34 Hz, 1H) 4.42 (t, J=6.05 Hz, 1H) 3.35-3.45 (m, 2H) 2.93-3.12 (m, 2H) 2.80-2.92 (m, 2H) 2.74 (t, J=6.24 Hz, 2H) 2.64 (br dd, J=7.83, 5.75 Hz, 2H) 2.21-2.32 (m, 1H) 2.00-2.18 (m, 2H) 1.84-1.93 (m, 2H) 1.66-1.82 (m, 4H) 0.56-0.70 (m, 4H).
