The combined organic layer was washed with H2O (40 mL)and brine (20 mL), and then dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered and evaporated in vacuo. Theresidue was purified by flash chromatography over silica gel (DCM/MeOH = 40:110:1) to give 20a.
