It was then dissolved in DCM, and the resulting solution was washed successively with saturated NaHCO3 solution, brine, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, and concentrated in vacuo to afford 3-(1-((9H-purin-6-yl)amino)ethyl)-2-phenyl-2Hbenzo[e][1,2,4]thiadiazine 1,1-dioxide 55 as a light yellow solid.Yield 28%;
