The mixture was stirred under Argon overnight in an oil bath (12O0C). The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and water was added, extracted with 10% MeOH in CHCl3 (3×50 mL). The organic layers were washed with brine and dried over anhydrous Na2SO4. The solvent was removed and the crude was purified with preparative HPLC (ACN/ 0.1 % TFA in water) to obtain the title compound as a yellow solid (180 mg, 52%). 1H-NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) delta 12.31 (br s, IH), 10.02 (s, IH), 9.36 (s, 2H), 9.35 (s, IH), 8.34 (s, IH), 7.43 (s, IH), 7.41 (d, J= 1.6 Hz, IH), 7.32-7.25 (m, 2H), 2.71 (s, 3H), 2.26 (s, 3H); MS (m/z): 438.2 [M+l]+.
