The crude solution was cooled down and diluted with 10 mL of water and 10 mL of EtOAc. The aqueous layer was extracted twice with EtOAc. The combined organic layers dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure. The crude residue was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel using DCM/MeOH (100:0 to 98:2) as eluent to afford the title compound (138 mg, 54%) as a beige solid. UPLC-MS (M1): RT=1.16 min; MS m/z ES+=496.2.
