To a solution of compound 88d (14.9 mg, 0.100 mmol) and 2,4-dichloropyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine (11.6 mg, 0.158 mmol) in THF (2 mL) was added N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.1 mL, 0.574 mmol). The mixture was stirred at rt for 1.5 h and at 50 C. for 30 min. The reaction mixture was then concentrated in vacuo, and the residue subjected to silica gel chromatography eluting with 20-70% EtOAc in hexanes to obtain compound 88e.
