To a solution of 12 (0.24 g, 0.70 mmol) in DCM (10 mL) were added 4,6-dimethyl- pyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid (55, 0.12 g, 0.84 mmol) , EDCI (0.17 g, 0.91 mmol), HOBt (0.12 g, 0.91 mmol) and DIPEA (0.36 mL, 2.10 mmol). The crude product was purified by SiOz column chromatography eluting with DCM:MeOH:NH40H (150:10:1) to afford 0.27 g (81 %) of I-29:: mp 48.0- 49.0 C; ms (ES+) m/z 476 (M + H) ; Anal.
