The mixture was heated at 50C overnight then concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by flash chromatography (SiO2, 20-60% acetone/hexanes) to give Compound 40-19 as a tan solid (4.79 g). Yield 75%. LC/MS: m/z= 256.2 [M+H]+.
