6.1 (2-chloro-6,7-dihydrothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-(tetrahydropyran-4-yl)-amine (III-6) 0.68 g (II) are placed in 6 ml dioxane, then first 1.72 ml diisopropylethylamine are added, followed by 0.6 g of 4-aminotetrahydropyran. The reaction mixture is heated to 130 C. until there is no further reaction then cooled and evaporated down.
