Researchers who often do experiments know that organic synthesis is a process of preparing more complex target molecules from simple raw materials through one or more chemical reactions. Generally, it requires fewer steps,and cheap raw materials. 876343-10-1, name is 4-Chloro-6-iodo-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine. 4-(3-Hydroxypropyl)benzeneboronic acid (2.51 1 g, 13.95 mmol) and 4-chloro-6-iodo-7H- pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine (3.44 g, 12.31 mmol) were dissolved in 1 -propanol (100 ml) at RT and an aq. solution of Na2CC>3(2 M) (13.54 ml, 27.1 mmol) was added. Argon was bubbled through the mixture for 5 min and PdCI2(PPh3)2(0.432 g, 0.615 mmol) was added. The RM was stirred at 105C for 22 h and then allowed to cool to RT overnight. The solvent was removed and the residue was sonicated in a mixture of water and THF (3:2). The mixture was filtered, the solids were washed with water and dried to afford the title compound as a solid (2.4 g). Method A: Rt = 0.86 min; [M+H]+= 288.2
