PREPARATION A-23 4-[2,6-Bis(morpholino)-4-pyrimidinyl]piperazine A solution of 160 g of morpholine in 1000 ml of methylene chloride is treated dropwise with 100 g of 2,4,6-trichloropyrimidine.
