Example IB4-chloro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-amine A suspension of Example 1A (25 g, 0.16 mol) in POCI3 (250 ml) was heated under reflux for 3 hours. The solid was dried under vacuum to give the title compound. MS (ESI) (+) m/z 169.7 (M+H)+.
