The reaction was stopped, most of the phosphorus oxychloride was removed by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure, water (900 mL) was added, and the mixture was stirred at 25 C for 32 hours, filtered, and the resulting solid was added to ethyl acetate (50 mL). After stirring for 30 minutes, Filter and dry the filter cake to give the title compound as a yellow solid (12.2 g, 80.8%).
