Example 108 Step A: (108A) A suspension of 2-amino-4,6-dichloro-pyrimidine-5-carboxaldehyde (300 mg, 1.56 mmol) and tert-butylhydrazine hydrochloride (390 mg, 3.13 mmol) in THF (15 ML) and triethyl amine (0.44 mL, 3.13 mmol) was stirred at rt for 5 min and then heated to 64C for 40 min.
