Researchers who often do experiments know that organic synthesis is a process of preparing more complex target molecules from simple raw materials through one or more chemical reactions. Generally, it requires fewer steps,and cheap raw materials. 56843-79-9, name is 4-Chloro-2-methylthieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine. General procedure: Compounds 9-12 or 22-24 (1 equiv.) and corresponding chorides (1.2 equiv.) in AcOH/H2O:1/1 (20ml) were heated to 50C. When TLC analysis showed the complete conversion of the starting material, sodium hydroxide (2 equiv.) was added to the mixture. Then, the reaction mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. After removal of the solvent, compounds 33-43 were purified by column chromatography and the corresponding compounds were obtained. Compounds 25-32 were used without further purification.
