After cooling, the reaction was extracted with saturated NaCl and CH2Cl2. Organic phases were combined, concentrated in vacuo and purified by silica gel column chromatography [MeOH-CH2Cl2, 2:98] to yield BA65 (63 mg, 88% yield). ESI-MS (M+H)+ m/z calcd 314.1, found 314.1.
