The mixture was concentrated to dryness, diluted with H20 (10 mL), and extracted with EtOAc (10 mL x 2). The combined organic phase was washed with brine (10 mL), dried over Na2SC>4, filtered. And the filtrate was concentrated to give the crude product. The crude product was purified by Prep-HPLC (Kromasil (150 mm x 25 mm, 10 mupiiota), A = H20 (0.05% NH3.H20) and B = CH3CN; 48-78 %B over 7 minutes) to give the product (49.53 mg, 123.4 muetaiotaomicron, 36% yield) as a solid. 1H NMR DMSO-c 400MHz deltaH = 9.02 (s, 1H), 8.73 (s, 2H), 7.78 (d, 2H), 7.60 (s, 1H), 7.48 (d, 2H), 7.42 (s, 2H), 4.20 (t, 2H), 3.11 (t, 2H). LCMS Rt = 1.17 min in 2 min chromatography, MS ESI calcd. for C20H15F3N3O3 [M+H]+ 402.1, found 402.1.
