An efficient sp3(C)-N amination reaction between 4-thiazolidinone and primary heteroaryl amine has been developed under C-H functionalization. Cross-coupling reaction between non-prefunctionalized slightly more acidic sp3 C-H bond of 4-thiazolidinones and different heteroaryl amines involving one-pot synthetic strategy, single step reaction as well as aerial oxidation make this amination more effective than existing methods for the construction of sp3(C)-N bond.
