The remaining residue was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel using 0-100% EtOAc/hexanes to afford the product methyl (S )-2-( 1 -(2-( 1 -((2-amino-5-cyano-6-methylpyrimidin-4-yl)amino)propyl)-4- oxo-3 -phenyl-3 ,4-dihydroquinazolin-5-yl)piperidin-4-yl)acetate 6.2m (34.0 mg, 0.06 mmol) in 71% yield.
