The combined extracts were combined, washed with brine, dried over sodium sulfate, filtered, and evaporated in vacuo to afford the title product as a viscous yellow oil, wt. 1.54 g (62.5% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) delta 5.34 (q, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 3.78 (s, 3H), 2.88 (s, 3H), 2.48 (s, 3H), 1.57 (d, J=7.3 Hz, 3H).
