Solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gel eluting with DCM/methanol (95:5) to give N- (2- ( (2- (Dimethylamino) ethyl) (methyl) amino) -6-methoxy-5- (4- (1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl) pyrimidin-2-ylamino) pyridin-3-yl) acrylamide (1) (5.0 mg, 82) . MS-ESI (m/z) : 500 [M + 1]+.
