The reaction mixture was allowed to cool, water was added, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. Theorganic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and filtered. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure,and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (n-hexane:ethyl acetate) to give compound (IV-122)(yield 100 mg, 51%)
