A solution of 6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-pyrimido[4,5-d]azepin-4-ol (60 mg, 0.30 mmol), 2-chloro-4-tritrifluoropyrimidine (36 muL, 0.30 mmol), and Et3N (0.11 mL, 0.81 mmol) in DMF (1.2 mL) was heated at 120¡ã C. for 2 h. The mixture was cooled to rt, diluted with water, and extracted with EtOAc. The combined organic layers were dried (Na2SO4) and concentrated to give the title compound (69 mg, 68percent), which was used without further purification.
