To a solution of 5-bromo-2, 4-dichloro-pyrimidine (1. 4 G) in acetonitrile (10 mL) at 0C was added triethylamine (0. 94 ML) and 3-AMINOPROPYLCARBAMIC acid-1,1- dimethylethyl ester (1.0 G).
