Butanol was added to dissolve, then p-toluenesulfonic acid (7 mg, 0.1 eq) was added, and the reaction was carried out at 170¡ã C. for 2 hours in the microwave. Cool and filter to obtain crude compound 12-a crude (168 mg, 99percent).
